To make and show good movies that people want to see.

The Company is targeting three corporate goals to grow the business:

Acquire existing developed motion pictures/films unreleased and ready for distribution.

Wintree seeks to acquire existing films that are already completed and are available. In some cases, additional investment maybe required to bring to completion. The Company will outsource its’ films and animation productions to other studios in both domestic and foreign countries.

Our business strategy is to purchase outright or license existing “entertainment properties” (e.g.,book rights, screenplays, scripts, etc.) with theater potential that have had some prior level of financial investment in the development stage. This strategy will allow the Company to reduce our initial cash outlay when acquiring intellectual properties, allows us to allocate additional funds in moving the entertainment property up the film distribution chain and reduces our financial risks.

Produce new films in the target genres.

Wintree focuses on the horror genre and children’s animation and anime films. These films are generally profitable and come with less risk

Wintree specializes in the lower to mid-budgeted productions where more the budget can be collateralized by a film's IP, licensing sales projections, pre-sold to licensing content buyers, incentive agreements, tax rebates, and grants by utilizing these assets to limit risk and guarantee greater profitability. There also have been and continue to be substantial tax incentives for motion picture production in many States and international markets, so that many producers do not need to depend on total film cost financing from investors for their projects.

We expect to do most of our domestic production outside Hollywood where cost are substantially less and may also include foreign countries.

Look to scale by acquiring similar independent studios and movie content.

Wintree looks to acquire smaller studios where the Principals are looking for an exit or joint venture. The Company also looks to acquire existing movie content for its BijouTheater streaming platform.
